Sophia is a young French mom with an entrepreneurial spirit. At 33, this go-getter is already in her third business adventure.

It took only 9 months for So Delices creator and baker Sophia Zidi to build a solid reputation in Oslo . Her cooking class has become a real success. Full of energy, in January 2015 she started to work with the French school and the French institut in Oslo.  September 2016 Sophia add on her long list of customers the Skagerak international school in Sandfjord!

• Where do we teach?

If people learn in a professional industrial environment, those lessons will not translate into their homes.  So Delices takes the approach of teaching in your own kitchen, with your own materials, within your own reality, so you are better adapted at using the tools at your disposal.  If this option is not available, we can teach in the context of schools, associations, or other learning environments. Creating a fun environment and meeting the standards of safety and hygiene are important to go through the journey of tastes and textures that we provide…
