We all have to answer the question: what do you want to do when you grow up?
I was definitely a dreamer, and obviously I wanted to travel, discover the world, and most importantly live with passion.
So here I am, 20 years later, I’m a foodie with a diploma in being a super-mom, running my own company So Delices. I’m not a novice in cooking — I love concocting new recipes and creating new dishes. I always wanted to be better and learn from the masters — I had the chance to do an apprenticeship in a bakery — and I always want to improve my technique.
So Delices is my dream, born in Oslo.
